It is a figure that spends a good time while shortening one’s life.

The two paintings are connected when one is positioned above the other.
The creator is alive and his life story continues during the creation. The painting plays the role of flashbacks from various points of the artist's life. Traversing multiple paintings, it reflects elements related to past works and experiences. It is like a scene of life from a never-ending shadow puppet play.

"Street Without Hemoglobin"

I painted this piece at the same time as the work above, with the same feelings, but the elements of this painting are composed of personal elements. (For example, the Roly-poly/ pill bug = my child catches it every day). The title references the symptoms of COVID-19 whereby one's blood oxygen level drops. It is a metaphor for the heartless politics that prioritized the Tokyo 2020 Olympics over COVID-19 measures. It is a life that strides through such a city.
