Watermelon Sisters Descending to Roppongi! @Roppongi Hills Arena

[Exhibition]

Watermelon Love @Ignoppor

Watermelon Sisters encourage humans who never stop fighting over boundaries without loving one another, to "embrace each other."  To commemorate the descent of the queer sisters - celestial fairies - from the heavens to Roppongi, Ota Fine Arts 7CHOME will be exhibiting Ming Wong's video work, Windows On the World (Part 2) (2014), with cosmic space as its theme.

This work was exhibited at a collection exhibition, "Signals: How Video Transformed the World", held at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York in 2023.
This is its first presentation in Japan.
