A big stall (it's not like a regular restaurant, it's usually outdoors, on the street). It shows a states during the COVID. A state of "As a wall", these unused tables and chairs in the street will be used as a barrier material, using them to form a wall to prohibit people from passing through. We have slowly all become accustomed to these scenes. It reshapes the urban landscape and redistinguishes the streets.
