Beijing-based artist Chen Wei (b. 1980, China) brings a different texture to the booth with his photographs. He observes the rapidly-changing urban landscape in his home country, and recreates the beauty he finds through his careful placement of objects in his studio. His artworks guides viewers to ponder on how we perceive the surrounding world which continues to change ceaselessly. He held solo exhibition "Make Me Illusory" at West Bund Museum, Shanghai, China in 2021.
